I think about the intersection of AI, fintech, and enterprise, and I build things at that intersection.

Most of my time goes into two things: helping organisations figure out what to actually do with AI, and building the tools I wish existed. The rest goes into writing, travelling, and watching F1.

This is where I share ideas, thinking, and work-in-progress. If something here sparks a thought, I'd love to hear it.

IdeaBase

Fragments, questions, and half-formed provocations. If one of these sparks something, let's riff on it.

The next big AI companies won't be the ones building models. They'll be the ones building trust infrastructure between models and enterprises.

AI

Telegram has all the ingredients to become an instant payment platform. The messenger-to-payments pipeline is wildly underestimated.

Fintech

Milton Friedman predicted crypto decades ago. He called it e-cash. Most 'disruption' is just old ideas with new packaging.

Economics

Growth is the oxygen for any organisation. Without it, everything else starts to suffocate. But growth without direction is just entropy.

Strategy

The F1 grid is the best real-time strategy simulator on earth. Every race is a masterclass in decisions under uncertainty.

F1

DORA isn't just regulation. It's forcing financial services to confront the technical debt they've been hiding for a decade.

Resilience

The gap between an AI demo and an AI deployment is where most enterprise value gets destroyed. Context engineering is the bridge nobody's building.

AI

Every negotiation is a search for the ZOPA, the zone of possible agreement. The best negotiators don't win. They expand the zone.

Negotiation

The bamboo farmer waters for five years before anything appears. Most people quit in year two. Patience compounds.

Philosophy
React to an idea →

I've always been drawn to ideas more than job titles. My career started in tech, but what stuck wasn't the code. It was the pattern: the best technology in the world is worthless if it doesn't solve a real problem for a real person. That became my compass.

An MBA gave me the language of strategy. But what really rewired how I think about simplicity was a realisation: if you can't explain something clearly, you don't understand it well enough. I've been chasing that clarity ever since.

London became home in 2018. I work across enterprise partnerships and financial services, but the interesting part isn't the deals. It's the ideas that come from the conversations. Some of my best thinking has come from cricket matches, three-hour chai sessions, and random encounters at fintech events.

Building

ContextKey started as a question I couldn't stop thinking about: what if your AI context was portable, like a passport that worked across every tool? I built it solo using Claude Code as my development partner. Concept to App Store. It sits at the intersection of everything I think about: AI identity, enterprise context, and the gap between what tools promise and what people actually need.

I'm always collecting ideas, testing hypotheses, and looking for people who think differently. If you've got something brewing, let's think together.
